Drivers see your route and submit their own price. You choose the bid you like best. There's no algorithm setting the fare — competition between drivers keeps prices honest.
No. Dartt never applies surge multipliers. Prices may be slightly higher during peak times because of supply and demand, but you'll never see a "2.4x" multiplier on your fare.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. You can also pre-load your Dartt wallet for instant payments. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Yes. Cancellations before a driver accepts are free. After a driver has been dispatched, a £5 cancellation fee applies to compensate the driver for their time and fuel.
Drivers keep 90% of every fare. Our 10% platform fee is the lowest in the industry. There are no weekly fees, no rental charges, and no hidden costs.
No. The price you agree to when you accept a bid is the price you pay. The only additional charges are waiting time (30p/min after 5 free minutes) and post-ride tips, both of which are optional.
Dartt is currently available in Bath and the surrounding Bath & North East Somerset area. Our operator licence application is pending with B&NES Council. We plan to expand to more UK cities after launch.
Every driver must hold a valid private hire licence from B&NES Council, which requires passing an Enhanced DBS check. We also verify driving licences, insurance, MOT, and vehicle registration before approval.
Yes! After every ride you can add a tip through the app. 100% of tips go directly to your driver — we don't take a cut.
Use the Lost & Found feature in the app to report a lost item. We'll connect you with your driver to arrange retrieval. Most items are returned within 24 hours.
